Job Description:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience required.
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc):
- Excel (preferred), GEN AI (preferred), Accounts Payment or invoice management systems.
Daily Tasks:
- Audit and review legal invoices to ensure compliance with billing guidelines.
- Documentation, communication, and resolving invoice issues.
Preferred background/prior work experience:
- Auditing, research, analytics
Priority soft skills:
- Strong communicator, attention to detail, proactive
Description:
- This role is responsible for reviewing, auditing, researching, and coding legal invoices to ensure compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines and internal invoicing requirements.
- The contractor will analyse law firm invoices, identify billing discrepancies, and document findings for resolution.
- The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal business partners and law firm billing contacts to resolve invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
- Qualifications include experience working with accounts payable or invoice management systems, as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to support invoice review and audit processes is preferred.
Salary : $33 - $36
