Duties
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production
- Lead food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet brand standards and customer expectations
- Help manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Help train and develop kitchen staff on food safety and culinary skills
Requirements
- Proven experience cooking in casual or fine dining restaurant environment.
- Supervisory or management experience within a traditional restuarant setting.
- Passion for hospitality, consistency, and operational efficiency
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) is a must.
