Job Description:
- 5–8 Years’ experience required
- Leads complex utility billing resolution efforts and serves as a subject matter expert for rate application, billing exceptions, and compliance matters.
- Manages complex billing scenarios, including high‐usage accounts, corrections, and back‐billing
- Analyzes tariffs, rate changes, and billing impacts across customer classes
- Acts as escalation point for billing discrepancies and regulatory concerns
- Reviews billing output for accuracy and compliance
- Supports oversight of managed service and contributes to training or documentation
- Supports billing process improvements and quality initiatives
