Customs Entry Writer
Location: Louisville, KY/ Onsite only
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to join an established international freight forwarding and customs brokerage company in Louisville, KY. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customs entry documents for Customs release and duty payment.
- Prepare Remote Location Filing (RLF) entries.
- Submit required information and documentation to government agencies.
- Ensure timely filing of ISF, FDA documentation, and customs entries.
- Prepare customs clearance packets, billing documentation, and client communications.
- Process customs brokerage fees and invoices for existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient customs clearance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customs brokerage, customs entry processing, or import documentation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to calculate figures, duties, and fees accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and customer service.
