Job Overview
We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is a hands-on station role in a fast-paced dinner service environment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, works clean and organized, and can move with urgency during service.
Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, dinner service
Hours: Typically 8-10 hour shifts
Compensation: $17-$20/hour, based on experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in fine dining or culinary schooling / strong technical skills
- Prior line cook or chef de partie experience
- Consistent, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen with a good attitude
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
