We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Commercial AV Integration

AV Innovative Design is seeking an experienced, results-driven Project Manager to lead complex commercial audiovisual integration projects from award through closeout.
This is not an entry-level project management position. We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, communicates proactively, and has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple commercial AV projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through final client acceptance.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and installation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, consultants, vendors, and field technicians.
- Manage project financials, change orders, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and closeout documentation.-
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate status reports to clients and leadership.
- Identify project risks early and implement solutions before they impact schedule or budget.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the commercial AV integration industry.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple six-figure AV projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, construction processes, and technology integration.
Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and AV system documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively while managing competing deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
CTS or CTS-I certification.
PMP certification.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar construction/project management platforms.
Experience managing projects in corporate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or government environments.
