We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage incoming communications
- Provide administrative support to the office and project teams
- Process subcontractor insurance renewal requests, receipt, review, and file
- Verification of contractor licenses and qualified subcontractor documentation
- Project maintenance via software data entry and output
Qualifications
- Administrative experience preferred
- Construction industry experience a plus (not required)
- Strong organizational, prioritizing skills, reliable and detail-oriented (a must)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
