What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Aux Partners?
AUX has partnered with a local, successful, and niche outdoor recreation company that is actively looking to bring on an experienced sales leader. This would be a full-time position with a great starting salary, benefits, and additional bonus potential.
Requirements
5-10 years of successful experience managing a sales team of 5-10 within any industry
Experience with long sales cycles (6-months to a year)
Strong experience prospecting, outreach, and building relationships with potential customers
Experience with carrying a basic sales quota in addition to management and mentorship
Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
· Set individual and team sales and business development goals and monitor performance.
· Lead effective and informative weekly sales meeting
Sales Strategy and New Market Development:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
· Track and implement strategies to improve conversion rate
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
· Analyze geographic market opportunities and be responsible for standup of sales teams in new
markets.
· Manage sales team territories.
· Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with marketing activities and
overall business objectives.
· Identify and implement use of additional technology and software.
· Identify and attend industry conferences, shows, professional organizations and all other
business development opportunities as appropriate
· Develop and implement effective presentations for the sales team
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
