Because our team is expanding rapidly, we are open to hiring at either the Project Coordinator or Project Manager level, depending on your experience and career trajectory. THE ROLES EXPLAINED

Option A: Project Coordinator (Entry-Level)

This path is built for a highly organized, local professional looking to master project management as a craft. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, review time cards, and learn directly from enterprise programs.

• Key Focus: Admin management, resource coordination, and timeline tracking.
• Growth: A clear, structured path to Senior Coordinator and Project Manager roles.

Option B: Project Manager (Experienced)

This path is for a high-energy, motivated leader who can step in immediately and own software delivery end-to-end. You will be the single point of accountability for client accounts from kickoff through go-live, managing budgets, client relationships, and cross-functional consulting teams.

• Key Focus: End-to-end delivery, budget/margin ownership, and organizational change management.
• Growth: Down-the-line progression toward Senior Project Manager or Director of Project Management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Help plan, run, and close software implementation projects on deadline and on budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Set clear expectations with client sponsors, finance teams, and internal technical architects.
• Tracking & Artifacts: Maintain project plans, RAID logs, weekly status reports, and timelines using tools like Jira and Smartsheet.
• Change Management: Support or lead organizational change workstreams, including communication plans and user adoption tracking.
• Innovation: Utilize AI tools to optimize project planning, documentation, and reporting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Requirements (All Levels):

• Location: Must be locally based in or willing to commute to our Sprint Campus office in Overland Park (Hybrid schedule: Remote Mondays, In-office Tuesday–Friday).
• Attributes: High-energy, motivated profile, organized to a fault, and exceptionally ethical.
• Tools: Strong skills in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace; familiarity with Jira and Smartsheet is a plus.
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

To Qualify for the Project Manager Level:

• Experience: 3 years of project management experience delivering enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS implementations.
• Leadership: Proven track record of independently managing project budgets and running client steering committee meetings.
• Client-facing: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Methodology: Deep understanding of critical path, dependency tracking, and structured change management frameworks.
• Pluses: PMP, CAPM, or CSM certifications; experience with source-to-pay platforms (e.g., Coupa) or major ERPs.
