Enterprise Account Executive
On-site; Crossroads Kansas City
Salary: $75-95k base commissions
On-target-earnings:
- 1st year: 120-150k
- 2nd year: 150-200k
- 3rd year: 200k
Position Summary
The Account Executive is the primary relationship liaison between technical team and the client base. The AE is responsible for the development of business relationships with current clients. They provide ongoing relationship management and educate existing clients on company's service offering and capabilities.
The AE must always engage clients in accordance with company's core values. The AE works closely with the project management team to ensure each client’s individual needs are being adequately and consistently addressed.
Essential Job Functions
- Contact clients to review their business needs and ensure customer loyalty
- Takes ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution
- Identify opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenue
- Customer service and retention of existing clients
- Ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interest, manage conflict, develop alternatives
- Renew existing subscriptions
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage CRM and forecast revenue
- Overall responsibility for client communication
- Is viewed by client as an IT resource and business partner
- Attend and participate in industry events
- Client Satisfaction
- Educate clients on service offerings
- Use all available resources to reach out to current clients to generate additional revenue
- Present and review proposals with clients
- Effectively communicate and interact with team members
