Salary: $65-90k

This opportunity is with a well-established and respected engineering and design firm, we are seeking a motivated Civil Designer with 0–4 years of professional experience to contribute to their growing team in Boston. Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on civil/site design projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and reports using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Assist in the design and analysis of stormwater management systems, grading, utilities, and site layouts.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Contribute to a culture of mentorship, teamwork, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Registered Engineer in Training (EIT), actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and related design software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
