Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell is now hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our Full-Time Evening Shift (3 PM–11 PM)!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will provide leadership and support to our nursing team while helping ensure our residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. We offer a team-oriented environment with the resources, support, and opportunities you need to succeed.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Evening Shift: 3 PM–11 PM

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and support nursing staff
  • Long-term care experience preferred
