RN Supervisor Opportunities Available
We are currently hiring RN Supervisors for multiple schedules. Choose the opportunity that best fits your lifestyle:
Weekend Warrior RN Supervisor
- Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Hours: 24 hours per week (every weekend)
- Weekend Rotation: Every 8th weekend off
- On-Call: None
- Pay: $60.00/hour ($52.00 base $8.00 Weekend Warrior differential)
- Additional Opportunity: Optional weekday shifts available
- Schedule: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Starting Pay: $56.00/hour ($54.00 base $2.00 shift differential)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $56.00–$58.00/hour
- Schedule: Flexible
- Pay: $50.00/hour
- Requirement: Two weekend shifts per month
- Supervise and coordinate nursing operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support and mentor nursing staff while providing clinical leadership.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Respond to resident care needs and clinical emergencies.
- Assume responsibility for facility operations during assigned shifts when leadership is unavailable.
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and communicate significant resident changes to physicians and families as needed.
- Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
- Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
