40 hours a week Monday-Friday (8:30AM-4:30PM)

Duties
Managing office records and filing systems
Managing EMR system
Ensuring office is well maintained and organized
Managing office supplies, patient supplies, and equipment
Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
Handling correspondence via emails and phone calls
Phone triaging with clients
Assisting with HR
Experience
Medical office experience required
Hospice experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology
HR experience preferred
