AutoStar of Silverthorne is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. Representing both Subaru and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR), you'll have the unique opportunity to help customers find the perfect vehicle from two of the industry's most respected brands.

Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle buying process while creating a transparent, pressure-free experience. Whether helping a customer find their next Subaru Outback for mountain adventures or a Ram truck for work and recreation, you'll play an important role in helping people make one of their biggest purchasing decisions.
No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create an exceptional dealership experience.
- Build relationships and understand customers' vehicle needs and lifestyle.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Demonstrate vehicle technology, safety features, and ownership benefits.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and purchasing options.
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
- Maintain product knowledge across Subaru and CDJR vehicle lineups.
- Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
