Pay & Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Inspect vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, and safety issues
-
Drive Cycle every vehicle as part of the inspection process

Evaluate newly acquired inventory

Ensure all vehicles meet company reconditioning standards

Act as a liaison between Sales and Service departments
-
Work closely with the General Manager and Service team for approvals

Maintain consistent, high-quality vehicle evaluations
Qualifications (Preferred Experience and Skills)
-
Automotive Appraiser
-
Vehicle / Car Inspector
-
Lease Return Inspector
-
Used Car Manager
-
Service Advisor, Recon Supervisor, or similar role
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to make quick, accurate decisions on vehicle condition
-
Automotive industry experience preferred
Physical Requirements
-
Walking and standing for extended periods
-
Regularly bending or stooping to inspect vehicles from various angles, particularly underneath or inside
-
Crouching to inspect tires, undercarriages, or hard-to-reach areas
-
Ability to occasionally lift 10-50 lbs
-
Manual Dexterity to use a computer, phone, or other office equipment efficiently
-
Occasionally climbing and reaching to inspect high areas, such as the roof of a vehicle or high storage shelves
Work Environment

Working onsite, indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a background check
