Compensation:

• Starting at $20 an hour

Location & Schedule:

• Woods Cross, UT

• Monday through Friday only

• Part-Time or Full-Time employment 

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Flexible with a school schedule

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and keeps financial and business transaction data up to date, applying accepted procedures, and prepares reports to ensure accurate accounting records

• Performs complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities

• Compiles and checks source documents, such as vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and cash receipts, for completeness and accuracy, and prepares reports

• Verifies and posts details of business transactions to appropriate ledgers and journals, and totals accounts

• Warrantee analysis and audits

• Account payables process analysis and auditing

• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.

• Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

Skills & Experience:

• Ideal candidate will be working towards accounting degree or equivalent

• 1 year(s) experience is a plus, but no prior work experience required

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Requirement of Multi-Factor Authentication apps on cell phone

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for 6 - 8 hours

• Visual acuity to read and type for 6 - 8 hours

• Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 6 - 8 hours

Work Environment:

• Indoor and onsite work location
