As a Vehicle Reconditioning Service Technician, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and maintenance. Your technical expertise will be used to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while providing courteous service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer vehicle concerns using current administrative and technical tools.
- Provide respectful and courteous interactions, serving as a secondary greeter near the Service Drive.
- Stay updated with technical publications and service systems to maintain effective performance.
- Deliver safe and reliable vehicle service, addressing all customer concerns before recommending additional work.
- Inspect vehicles for maintenance opportunities following local and factory guidelines.
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in excellent condition.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach necessary documentation to repair orders.
- Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance skills.
- Follow workplace policies on punctuality, uniform, and professional appearance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
