We are a family owned, franchise automotive dealership looking to add a sales manager to our team. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in the automotive, RV or powersports industry. We prefer someone who has learned the business from the meet and greet. Who has had great success in sales and has worked their way up!
F&I Experience is not necessary, but would be helpful. Must have some experience as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be a team focused, motivated individual who can work with our sales staff, train or staff in the art of automotive sales, work deals/deal structure and most importantly close and follow up with our valued customers.
You must be hard-working, motivated, and able to inspire and bring out the best of our staff!
Pay: $99,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
