What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to resource and first call for your customers. You'll spend your time building relationships, identifying opportunities, winning new business, and helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions.

• Grow Sales: Develop existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Build Relationships: Become a trusted partner to wholesale and retail customers throughout your territory

• Prospect & Win: Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and referrals

• Own Your Territory: Develop and manage an effective call schedule and sales strategy

• Be the Expert: Provide customers with product knowledge, solutions, and exceptional service

• Drive Results: Promote company sales and marketing programs and work toward established sales goals

• Work as a Team: Partner with store leadership and teammates to support customer and business needs

• Stay Ahead: Participate in training to strengthen your product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have 3 years of automotive sales, outside sales, or related industry experience

• Have a strong understanding of the automotive parts industry

• Enjoy prospecting and aren't afraid to make the first call

• Know how to build relationships and turn relationships into business

• Are motivated by goals, results, and the opportunity to increase your earnings

• Are organized and able to manage your own schedule and territory

• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers

• Can work independently while still being a strong team player

• Are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer tools

• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
