How You Get Paid

You get an hourly base plus commission on everything you sell at book price. The more you sell, the higher your commission rate, from 10% up to 16%. If you hold the next level's yearly sales number for 4 straight months, you move up: a bigger base, a higher rate and a bigger title.

- Apprentice: ~$42k base. You're learning, paid hourly, no commission. Take-home ~$42k

- Technician: ~$46k base 10% commission on $300k/yr in sales. Take-home ~$76k

- Master Tech: ~$54k base 12% commission on $600k/yr in sales. Take-home ~$126k

- Senior Tech: ~$58k base 14-16% commission on $900k /yr in sales. Take-home ~$184k, and $250k for top producers

- Working with other motivated A players

- You get paid based on how much and the quality of the work you produce

In a nut shell: Automotive Lift Services & Hydraulics is a full service hydraulic shop, providing both in house hydraulic repair and mobile repair. We also sell and install hydraulic systems.

The vision at Automotive Lift Services & Hydraulics is to provide repairs within 48 hours or it's free in every state in the USA (cue the bald eagle screech).
