Due to continued growth, Automotive Development Group is seeking a Bookkeeper with 2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor. A detail-oriented, problem solving work style is fundamental for this position.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Bank Statement / Credit Card reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Recording Customer Payments
- General Ledger entries
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Assisting Accounting Manager with monthly close process
- Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
- Experience in ServiceTitan batch to QuickBooks
- Familiarity with Sales Tax is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
- Journal Entries
- Accruals
- Accounts Payable experience
- Depreciation/Fixed Assets experience a plus.
