- 5 years of sales experience
- Competitive mindset – performance driven
- Broad & deep level of experience within the automotive retail industry
- Demonstrates leadership and entrepreneurial traits with a “get- it-done” mentality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for teaching and motivating others
- Disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule independently
- Proficient with technology, Excel, Word, Slide Decks & CRM
