Overview
We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our expanding team. In this broker-style role, you’ll act as a funding advisor—sourcing, qualifying, and guiding small business owners through the funding process. You’ll be the frontline engine of our deal flow, helping businesses find the best-fit financing while earning competitive commissions
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Cold call, email, and network with small business owners and merchants to introduce our funding solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify high-potential leads, assess their funding needs, and gather financial documentation.
- Deal Structuring: Match clients with appropriate funding products and guide them through application to approval.
- Partner Development: Build relationships with referral partners, ISOs, and agents to expand your deal pipeline.
- Client Communication: Manage ongoing relationships, provide exceptional service, and follow up post-funding.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, financial services, or merchant cash advance (MCA) a plus.
- Previous work in a broker or B2B funding role strongly preferred.
- Comfortable making high call volumes and navigating a commission-based structure.
- Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish, Creole, or Portuguese) is a bonus.
