Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated Product Analyst to join our growing team at APCO. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to jump-start their career in Product and Compliance. In this role, you will work closely with the Product and Compliance departments to support various initiatives that ensure our products meet regulatory standards and client needs. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills in both product management and compliance, and be part of a dynamic team that influences key business decisions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Support:
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of automotive F&I products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and market trends.
- Help gather and analyze feedback from internal teams, customers, and dealers to support product improvements.
- Conduct product research and assist in product training initiatives.
- Support the creation of product documentation, training materials, and presentations.
Compliance Support:
- Assist in ensuring that all products and processes comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements within the automotive F&I industry.
- Aid in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits.
- Support the Compliance team in conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance training materials.
Licensing Support:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and maintenance of all corporate licenses, certificates of authority, and other regulatory or corporate filings, including Form filings, Secretary of State filings, Provider Registrations, Renewals, and applications for licensure.
- Track and update corporate/regulatory filing requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Provide periodic status reports to management, detailing the current status of corporate licenses and regulatory filings, and highlighting any potential issues or upcoming deadlines.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the Product and Compliance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment between product development and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and customer service departments to ensure product offerings meet compliance expectations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and contributing to discussions on product enhancements, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience. Relevant internships or coursework in product management, insurance, compliance, or the automotive industry is a plus.

Physical Demands
