Key Responsibilities and Roles:
- Workflow Optimization: Managing the inventory flow from acquisition to the sales line, tracking progress to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Quality Control: Ensuring vehicles meet dealership safety and appearance standards before hitting the lot.
- Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling reconditioning budgets and repair costs per vehicle.
- Vendor/Team Coordination: Supervising in-house technicians, detailers, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
