Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm
Most days will end at 3pm, but work until 4 will be expected if busy

Shop Helper Duties and Responsibilities
- Build pallets and skids used for shipping HVAC products
- Package, label, and organize materials for distribution
- Assist with large-scale order preparation, including high-volume unit counts
- Operate basic shop tools such as nail guns, drills, and chop saws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Shop Helper Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shop, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with various materials
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills
