Pay Rate
$18/hr-20/hr
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, OT required
Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on carpet mill machinery, including coaters and production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Complete welding repairs and light fabrication as needed on machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and routine equipment servicing
- Replace and repair mechanical components such as motors, belts, bearings, rollers, and conveyors
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following company safety procedures
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- Welding experience required, including repair and light fabrication work
- Experience working on industrial machinery such as coaters, conveyors, rollers, and production equipment preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Must be able to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Steel toe shoes are always required while on the production floor
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production and maintenance needs
