Automation Personnel Services is seeking a driven, outgoing Mobile Sales Executive to represent an innovative, fast-expanding automotive service program across the Bay Area. Whether you’ve worked in inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, automotive sales, or any customer-facing role, your ability to connect with people and drive results is what matters most. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the service; you bring the confidence, personality, and sales energy.Compensation Package• Base salary: $65,000 per year• Weekly commission based on performance• Realistic First-Year Earnings (Salary Commission): $72,000–$85,000 , depending on performance, location traffic, and commission tier• Strong earning potential with expected sales of $1,000–$1,500 per day Schedule and HoursWednesday through Sunday10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.Consistent schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.Mobile Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities• Operate a company-issued van and set up daily at a designated retail location.• Actively approach, engage, and educate customers about re-key services.• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and close on-the-spot sales.• Perform on-site key and fob services (training provided; no technical background required).• Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions, completed sales, and inventory.• Serve as the professional, customer-focused face of the brand.Mobile Sales Executive Qualifications and Requirements• Sales experience of any kind: inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, call center, automotive sales — all encouraged to apply.• High-energy communicator with strong people skills and a customer-first attitude.• Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently.• Professional appearance and strong relationship-building ability.• Ability to manage company equipment and maintain an organized mobile workspace.• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.Job TypeFull-time, Direct HireCompany Benefits• Medical insurance through Anthem Blue Cross• Dental insurance through Unum• Vision plan options available• 401(k) match • Flexible PTO• $50,000 company-paid life insurance• Voluntary disability and illness coverageInterested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to Mayra Perez at mayrap@apstemps.com.About Automation Personnel ServicesAutomation Personnel Services is a highly recognized staffing agency with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial staffing.
