Pay Rate
$100,000 per year
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 30 am to 4 15 pm.
Manufacturing Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Area Coaches and associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development
- Manage performance through metrics, resource planning, and production execution
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial and operational targets
- Partner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives
- Utilize data, digital tools, and AI technologies to support decision-making, improve processes, and enhance operational performance
Manufacturing Operations Manager Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; Masters is preferred
- 7 years of experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development and/or Business Management
- Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and technology, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.
