Key Responsibilities
- Process Design and Development: Design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to process performance, using statistical methods to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process-related issues, providing technical support to production teams as needed.

Education:

Experience
- Previous experience in process engineering or a related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
