Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or Monday to Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm/7:00 am - 5:30 pm
Essential Job Functions:
- Wire and build electrical custom control panels according to customer specifications.
- Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Operate a variety of labeling devices, wire lines, and other machines.
- Perform panel testing.
- Assist in maintaining the shop schedule and workload in order to keep on time or work with others to come up with a reasonable time frame if it cannot be met.
- Packaging of control panels upon completion.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of job material and parts.
- Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality.
- Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times.
- Practices LEAN concepts and methodologies.
- Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company.
- Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and with assistive devices.
