Customer Service Representative (IN-PERSON)

Our services include the repair and service of a variety of industrial electronics, robotics and sophisticated rotating equipment. Position:

This position would be responsible for providing customer service support to our team including preparing and sending quotes, tracking repairable assets and monitoring repair progress.

Detailed Description:

· Coordinates preparing quotes and follow up with customer for approval

· Monitors the repair progress accordance with policies, procedures and principles established by ACT

· Communicate daily with outside sales staff to coordinate customer and prospect activity to maximize the sales effort and better serve the needs of customers

· Establishes working relationship and effective communication with key managers and staff.

Skills, Abilities & Requirements-

· Combination of formal education and experience is desired

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without exception.

· Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

· Must be extremely proficient in MS Office products - ( Word, Excel, Outlook )

· Must have valid driver’s license.

Experience- 3 years experience in customer service in business to business setting

Education- Associates Degree strongly preferred or equal years experience with similar role
