Automatic Gate Systems, Inc. of Phoenix Arizona, celebrating 35 years of design, manufacture, installation, and service of all types of automatic gate systems and fencing for commercial, industrial and private use.
Position Summary
The Operations / Install Manager is responsible for improving internal systems, cross-departmental communication, and overall operational efficiency. This position will act as a strategic partner to leadership and play a key role in preparing the company for its next phase of growth.
You will oversee installation / service personnel, process improvement, inventory management, Training, and company-wide project initiatives while fostering innovation and accountability across departments.
Experience needed to be successful:
· Proven hands-on management and field experience within the Electronic Gates / Access control field as an installer / Service Technician.
· Proven experience in managing employees.
· Ability to lead and instruct employees in the field to ensure proper training and work safety habits.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, and implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to support long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to streamline communication and workflow.
- Oversee inventory and purchasing processes to optimize cost and warehouse efficiency.
- Support HR with workforce planning, process documentation, and leadership development.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Work Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility for business needs
Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience starting at $85,000 annual salary plus bonus incentive opportunities.
