Requirements
- Proven leadership ability
- Excellent MIG welding skills
- Ability to read basic welding blueprints
- Accurate tape‑measure skills (down to 1/32")
- Proficient with jigs and fixtures
- Reliable, positive, willing to learn and teach
- Must pass weld test, drug screen, and background check
- Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Overtime available
