Starting Pay: $17/hr in training -> $18/hr after training Uncapped Bonus Potential Averaging $2500.00 per month

What You’ll Do

Guide consumers through repayment options via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

Provide education on debt resolution while de-escalating stressful calls.

Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conduct skip tracing when needed.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment built on trust and mutual respect.

Training Schedule: Onsite training Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM).

Full-Time Remote: After successful completion of in-office training.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma required.

Experience: Call center experience is preferred, but not required.

Bi-lingual in Spanish is a MUST.

Strong de-escalation and communication abilities.

Knowledge of FDCPA and state laws is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking.
