We’re growing our Nashville team and looking for experienced, driven collectors who are ready to make real money and build something long-term.
Central Portfolio Control has been in business since 1998 and continues to expand. With new business coming in, there’s real opportunity here for the right people.
Pay: $20 to $24/hour (based on experience) uncapped commission
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
What you’ll be doing:
• Working your own accounts and managing call flow
• Negotiating payments and settlements
• Handling consumers professionally while staying compliant
• Keeping accurate notes and staying organized
• Hitting and exceeding performance goals
What I’m looking for:
• Third-party collections, sales, or strong phone experience
• Confident, controlled communication on calls
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Someone who wants to perform, not just show up
