IT Technician - Level I

We're looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician who's excited to solve everyday tech issues, learn from experienced team members, and provide excellent support to our clients. • Respond to and resolve basic technical support requests (Windows, Mac, Office 365, printers, etc.)
• Create and manage support tickets using our PSA tools
• Assist with user account setup and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Help monitor systems and alerts using RMM tools
• Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand issues and provide updates

• 1 years of experience in IT support or a related field (internships or school projects count!)
• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and common software
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A or other entry-level IT certifications are a plus (we'll help you earn them!)
