We're hiring our first growth leader at Automate AI. This is a founding role for someone who lives in Claude and other AI tools, knows the construction and trades world, and can take a product to market fast. We're at launch and building the growth engine from scratch.

The Founding Chief Growth Officer is a founding role in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area, starting part-time with the flexibility to grow into a full-time executive seat as we scale. You'll work directly alongside Founder and CEO Tyson Lerfald to take our products to market and build the growth engine from scratch.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We're at launch. You'll own content, brand, and go-to-market across our apps, starting with CONSTRUKTR. You'll use Claude and other AI tools to produce high-quality marketing at a speed that would normally take a full team, and you'll bring a real understanding of the construction and trades world so the message lands with the people we serve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own launch marketing and content across channels: website, social, email, video, and sales material
• Build and run campaigns that bring in real customers, then measure and improve them
• Use AI tools like Claude to create, test, and scale content fast
• Shape product positioning so it resonates with trade contractors and small field-service shops
• Partner with the CEO on go-to-market strategy across multiple apps
• Help with customer discovery, partnerships, and business development
• Lay the foundation for a future growth and marketing team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong, current command of AI-powered marketing, including hands-on daily use of Claude and other LLMs to produce content and campaigns
• Real experience in or around the construction, trades, or field-service industry, enough to speak the customer's language
• A business background and the instincts to tie marketing to revenue, not just activity
• Technically fluent and comfortable moving fast with modern tools; you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be dangerous with AI
• Experience in an early-stage startup, or as a founder or operator who has shipped real products
• Excellent writing and communication, with the taste to make content that stands out
• Entrepreneurial mindset: takes ownership, learns fast, builds systems where none exist
• Based in the Phoenix metro area or willing to relocate to collaborate with the founding team

COMPENSATION

Paid compensation expected once funding closes, anticipated within roughly a month. It's built for someone who wants meaningful ownership and to build long-term value alongside the business, with real responsibility over launch milestones from the start.
