We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team.
Position Summary
The F&I Manager is responsible for structuring vehicle deals, presenting financing and protection products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance, insurance, and vehicle protection products to customers
- Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and lenders
- Accurately prepare and review all finance and lease documentation
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
- Achieve monthly production and performance goals
- Provide a transparent, professional, and positive customer experience
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to finalize deals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or Automotive Finance professional
- Strong understanding of automotive finance, leasing, and compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license
