We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries leads ,via phone, email, and chat.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales leads.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- BDC Experience REQUIRED!
