We are looking to hire a hardworking, motivated individual for our warehouse as Warehouse Worker to assist with general warehouse duties and moving boxes, putting boxes on pallets, loading and unloading .
This position may last up to four weeks.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
- Organizing as instructed.
- Placing boxes on pallets and securing with shrink wrap and strapping.
- Loading and unloading trucks by using jacks.
- Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- Some experience required
- experience in a similar role. (a plus)
- Warehouse experience (a plus)
- Pallet Jack/Dolly experience (a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with using tools required for this position.
- Proficient organizational skills.
Physical demands and abilities
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 60lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
Monday through Friday | 8:00am -5:00pm
