Position Overview: As an Automotive Technician Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our technicians in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles. Your main goal will be to ensure that our vehicles are in top condition and ready to hit the road. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in maintaining and repairing vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Assist with vehicle inspections and testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience working in an automotive environment
- Certification in automotive repair or maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
