Are you a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee our team of 25 employees, manage our warehouse operations, oversee dispatch, and lead our automotive counter. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of automotive knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of 25 employees, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
- Lead the automotive counter, and oversee the dispatcher while providing expert knowledge and support to customers.
- Verify accuracy of parts before packing into totes and loading into trucks
- Represent the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
- Ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and achieve business goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential.
