What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto-Mechanic A/B/C position at Auto-Topia?
Auto-Topia is looking for experienced A/B/C Automotive Technicians — will train right person!
Immediate Full-Time Position
✅ NYS Inspector License Required
$20–$55/hour (based on experience)
Up to a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on experience and paid after 180 days of successful employment)
$500 Referral Bonus (paid after the referred technician successfully completes 180 days of employment)

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles using modern diagnostic tools
- Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, powertrains, electrical systems, brakes, and suspension
- Conduct inspections, alignments, and routine services (oil changes, fluids, etc.)
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
✅ Experience in automotive repair (dealership or independent shop preferred)
✅ Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
✅ Experience with engine repair, electrical systems, and general maintenance
✅ Diesel, ADAS, or advanced diagnostic experience is a plus
✅ Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
