What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEEKING EURO TECHNICIAN WHO WANTS EASY/FLEXIBLE WORK position at Auto shop?
If you’re an experienced European tech who is tired of the 8–5 grind, long dealership hours, and working weekends, this might be a good fit.
We’re a small boutique dealership specializing primarily in European vehicles and are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient technician to join our shop.
The shop is located inside a clean, enclosed, air-conditioned warehouse, and tools and equipment are provided.
Most of our work is repetitive and straightforward — the same services, repairs, and upgrades on many of the same makes and models — with the occasional oddball repair or diagnostic job. We are not a high-pressure customer repair shop. There are no service writers pushing you for time and no constant stream of angry customers.
This is a low-stress environment, but you must be fluent in automotive repair and capable of working independently. We are looking for someone who can be given a list of jobs, figure out what needs to be done, and get them completed correctly without needing constant direction or supervision.
Schedule:
Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Typical hours are around 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility depending on workload. We take days off frequently (Wanna take the fam to the beach on a Friday or have a friends wedding to go to? Let me know and I make it happen).
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus bonuses based on productivity and vehicle sales/completions.
European/Mercedes-Benz experience is strongly preferred.
If you’re an experienced technician who wants to make good money, work reasonable hours, avoid weekends, and work in a relaxed shop without the typical dealership grind, we’d like to hear from you.
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $35 - $65
