Groundsperson / Rope Handler – Tree Climbing Crew (Part-Time, Flexible)
Looking for reliable help on an as-needed or as-wanted basis assisting a professional tree climber with ground work and rope handling. This is physical, outdoor work- great for someone in good shape who wants flexible part-time income.
What you'll do:
- Manage ropes and rigging from the ground while the climber works (training provided, not required)
- Drag/move brush, limbs, and debris
- Keep the job site clear and safe
What we need:
- Physically fit — this job involves lifting, dragging, and being on your feet for hours
- Reliable — if you say you'll show up, you show up
- Able to follow safety instructions closely
- No experience necessary — we'll train you
Details:
- Pay: $150 to $185 a day depending on half or full work day, paid same-day or next-day
- Schedule: Flexible, expect a call/text a few days in advance, roughly every couple of weeks depending on job flow
Location:
- Charleston Area, including Hannahan, Monks Corner, Mt Pleasant, West Ashley, Johns Island and James Island, South Carolina. Can help provide transportation to job sites when needed
Pay: $150.00 - $185.00 per day
