WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Scout private-party listings (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Autotrader, etc.)
- Reach out to sellers, build rapport, and negotiate purchases
- Accurately appraise vehicles and assess market value
- Coordinate inspections, transportation, and paperwork
- Assist customers with invoice reviews and payment processing
- Work in-house at our Meridian, ID headquarters as part of a tight-knit buying team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (sales, buying, or appraising)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- An eye for value and a sense of urgency
- Proven record of performance and teamwork
- Ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools and online platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Valid state-issued driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check & drug screen
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
