Auto Ranch Group is a family owned & operated group of dealerships located in southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon. We are currently looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to join our growing team! Duties include job scheduling, customer interaction, directing production technicians, and overall P&L responsibility. Body shop experience is preferred but not required, as the position is more managerial than technical. Compensation dependent upon experience in managing people and customer expectations. Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with a great customer service experience.
- Ensure company operating procedures are followed.
- Create estimates for repairs, following insurance company procedures and requirements.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best quality parts for each job.
- Work with our current staff and management to achieve our mutual goals including CSI, profitability, and cycle time.
