What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician - Ford - Sign on Bonus position at Auto Ranch Group?
Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is looking for an experienced automotive technician who has already built a strong foundation in the industry and is ready for the next step.
This opportunity is designed for a technician with at least 2 years of structured dealership or professional shop experience who wants to earn strong compensation while enjoying a better overall quality of life.
If you are currently working in a larger metro area and feeling burned out by traffic, high housing costs, long commutes, or shop environments that make it difficult to enjoy life outside of work, this opportunity may be worth exploring.
Why Fruitland, Idaho?

- Lower cost of living
- More affordable housing and property ownership
- Less traffic and shorter commutes
